This website is owned and operated by MAP Active TH and these Terms and Conditions apply to visitors and users of Aldo.co.th. The term “we” refers to Aldo.co.th, the operator of this website, and “you” as the user who agrees to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using this website.

As a user and in order to place an order through the Aldo.co.th website, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. If you are under eighteen (18), you may place an order through the Aldo.co.th website only with parental consent.

Aldo.co.th grants you a limited license to access and use Aldo.co.th for personal use only. Unless otherwise stated, you are entitled to access, copy, download and print the content provided on the Site for your own personal and non-commercial use, as long as you do not change or delete any copyright, trademark or other proprietary information in the content and you keep all copyright and other proprietary notices contained therein. Aldo.co.th and its licensors or content providers reserve all rights in all content provided on the Site, including intellectual property rights, and to provide this content under a revocable license at any time in accordance with the terms of Aldo.co.th.

Prohibitions

  1. All media and information related to products offered by Aldo.co.th are intended for educational or personal information purposes only.
  2. Product statements are not intended to cure, treat, promote, support, or prevent any health, athletic and/or fitness condition. Reference to any product, service, process, or other information by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, supplier, or otherwise does not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by Aldo.co.th. Product claims or descriptions on Aldo.co.th are provided by their respective brand owners or are based on customer feedback, and such claims or descriptions have not been independently verified by Aldo.co.th.
  3. All products should be used strictly according to the instructions, precautions and guidelines.
  4. The use of our website is not intended to be a substitute for professional health, sports and/or fitness advice. Aldo.co.th is only an online store selling sports, fitness and lifestyle products. Please consult your health, sports and/or fitness professional regarding the use of any products or information obtained from Aldo.co.th before using or relying on such products. Your health, sports and/or fitness professional should answer all health, sports and/or fitness questions, concerns and decisions related to potential solutions for any health, sports and/or fitness condition.

Aldo.co.th does not provide or intend to provide any answers to questions related to health, sports and/or fitness and Aldo.co.th is not a substitute for a health, sports and/or fitness professional. Aldo.co.th does not represent itself as a health, sports and/or fitness professional and does not imply this.
  6. Product images on the Aldo.co.th website may differ slightly from the actual product. Measurements may have a deviation of 1-2cm due to development and production stages. Actual colours may vary. This is because each computer monitor has different capabilities of displaying colours. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see is an accurate representation of the actual colour of the product.
  7. We make every effort to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices appearing on the Aldo.co.th website are correct as provided by the seller. We do not warrant and make no representation that descriptions, colors, information, prices, promotions or other content contained on the website are accurate, current, complete or error-free. Aldo.co.th may correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order.

 

Placing an order

  1. To place an order, you must provide us with true and accurate information, and you must keep your information current by notifying us of any changes.
  2. To place an order, you will need to follow the online shopping process on Aldo.co.th, after which you will receive an order confirmation/invoice which is considered as confirmation of your order.
  3. While we make every effort to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on Aldo.co.th are correct, there may be instances where errors occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will notify you and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling the order. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be deemed cancelled. If you cancel your order before we have dispatched it to you and you have paid for it, you will receive a full refund.
  4. We are under no obligation to process your order if the price displayed on Aldo.co.th is incorrect.
  5. To reduce the risk of unauthorized access, we encrypt your card information. Once we receive your order, we pre-authorize your card to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. The order will not be confirmed until the pre-authorization check is complete. Your card will be charged once we send you the order confirmation. The card is subject to validation and authorization from the card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery.
  6. Once payment has been authorized, by clicking the “Place Order” button, you confirm that you have reviewed your order (product color, size, quantity (as applicable)), that the card belongs to you, and that you have sufficient funds or credit to cover the cost of your order.
  7. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from Aldo.co.th at any time and/or remove or edit any content on Aldo.co.th. We will make every effort to fulfill all orders, but in some cases we may need to refuse to fulfill an order after sending you an order confirmation/invoice, in which case we reserve the right to do so at any time in our sole discretion.
  8. We will not be liable to you or any third party due to our withdrawing any product from Aldo.co.th, whether or not it has been sold, removing or altering any materials or content on Aldo.co.th, or refusing to process or accept an order.
  9. Payment Method
    Aldo.co.th offers a variety of payment methods to make your shopping experience more convenient. The following payment methods are available:

      You can use VISA, Mastercard, JCB and UnionPay credit cards to pay. Simply enter your card details on the payment page. The information required to complete the payment is as follows:
      • 16 digit card number
      • Card expiration date
      • CVV Number: The secret 3 digits on the back of the card. Note: Orders placed under a name other than the one on the card will be canceled by the system to prevent fraud.

Shipping

  1. We are committed to delivering the products to you at the delivery location requested in your order.
  2. We will endeavor to notify you if delivery will be delayed, but to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, fees or expenses arising from delayed delivery.
  3. We ship in our standard packaging. You acknowledge that the products are standard and are not specially manufactured to meet any specific requirements you may have.

 

Return Policy

criterion

  1. Items purchased at full price and discounted up to 30% We do not accept returns on items purchased at 30% discount during promotions.
  2. The product must be unused and in its original condition with all tags attached and undamaged.
  3. The product must not have stains, broken seams, missing buttons, loose threads, or any other condition that would be considered a defective or damaged product.
  4. The product must have the brand's box and packaging in its original condition. The box and packaging must not be broken or dented, not stuck with any adhesive material, and must have all other accessories from the original packaging, such as cardboard boxes, hangers, stickers, ribbons, strings, plastic bags, plastic, and other items.
  5. Products must be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the customer received the order. Returned products must be received at the pre-designated location no later than 7 (seven) days from the date of return approval from Aldo.co.th.
  6. When returning an item, please use the same outer box or packaging we sent you, wrap the item in sturdy wrapping paper, and affix a "FRAGILE" sticker to the shipped item to prevent damage to the original box. We will not accept returns with a damaged box.
  7. The refund process takes 3 (three) to 14 (fourteen) business days, which may vary depending on the refund method. We will refund you as soon as we receive the returned item(s) and depending on the refund method you choose. The return shipping fee only applies to full returns. If you are returning only a portion of your item(s), the shipping fee will not be included in your refund.

Exchange Policy

criterion

  1. The exchange will be effective for products that fall under these criteria:
  • 1.1 Incorrect size
    • The product received is not as ordered by the customer, for example, the customer ordered size 30 but received size 32.
    • Different sizes between physical products and boxes/packaging
    • Size differences between left and right items (e.g. shoes)
    • The product received is the same angle (both shoes are on the right or left).
  • 1.2 Incorrect color
    • The product color does not match what is stated in the product details, for example, the customer orders blue shoes but receives red shoes.
  • 1.3 Damage
    • Product color: pale or distorted.
    • Product material: peeling skin, fabric has scratches, seams or fabric is loose, there are stains or defects, fabric is torn or punctured.
    • Product parts: loose buttons, broken zippers, missing parts, broken handles, unable to inflate (for children)
  1. You cannot request to exchange the product for another size, color, or type/model. However, you can return the product for a full refund (the exchanged product must meet the criteria) and place a new order, provided that the exchanged product is the same type (same SKU, same size, same color, etc.).
  2. Products must be exchanged within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the customer receives the order. The exchanged products must be received at the pre-designated location no later than 7 (seven) days from the date the return authorization is approved by Aldo.co.th.
  3. When exchanging items, please use the same outer box/case we provide and wrap the item in strong wrapping paper and affix a "FRAGILE" sticker to the shipped item to prevent the original box from breaking. We will not accept exchanges if the box is broken.
  4. Please contact our customer service via email. connect@Aldo.co.th from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM THT to submit your return request.

 

Exception

  1. No exchange requests are allowed due to color differences between the actual product received and the product photo due to lighting effects or computer screens.
  2. Product returns are not possible due to purchasing the wrong item or changing your mind later. We recommend that you check the items in your shopping cart before placing your order.
  3. Product exchange requests are not applicable to swimwear, sports bras, sportswear, tights (including leggings, tights, cycling shorts), socks, fitness equipment, sports equipment (including hats), and other products or brands that have specific terms and conditions and are clearly stated in the description.

 

The product is defective.

  1. All product descriptions, information and documents posted on Aldo.co.th are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, either express, implied or otherwise.
  2. If the product you received is defective, please contact our customer service and include your order number, name and address, product details, reason for return, and whether you want a refund or exchange.
  3. Once we receive the defective product, we will investigate and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange (if applicable).
  4. Aldo.co.th may, at its sole discretion, refuse to process an exchange, however, a refund may be offered as an alternative method.
  5. In the event that the returned product is not defective, we may decide not to replace or refund the product.

Except as provided in these Terms and Conditions or as otherwise provided by applicable law, Aldo.co.th makes no representations, warranties or representations, and makes no other representations, express or implied, regarding any matter whatsoever, including, but not limited to, merchantability, fitness for a particular use or purpose, or non-infringement of any Aldo.co.th member's rights, for all content and all products or services available through Aldo.co.th, including any implied warranties of course of conduct or course of action. In some jurisdictions, the law does not allow the disclaimer of warranties, so the above disclaimer is limited to the extent permitted by law.
You may use this website at your own risk. We reserve the right to limit or revoke your access to all or any features of the website at any time. Aldo.co.th does not warrant that access to the website will be uninterrupted, that the website is secure or virus-free, and that the information provided by the website is correct, accurate, timely, useful, reliable, complete, and correct. You fully understand, acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for your use of this website and/or membership in Aldo.co.th, your interactions with third parties, and your purchase and use of products and services from Aldo.co.th. Complaint Management

Aldo.co.th takes customer satisfaction very seriously. You can contact us at the appointed time using the contact details from our contact us page. We will endeavour to resolve your concerns and will contact you upon receipt of the relevant question or complaint. In case of a complaint, we will be able to assist you if you can describe the purpose of your complaint as accurately as possible and, if necessary, provide us with a copy of the order or at least the order number assigned to you in the order confirmation.

Electronic Communications

When you use the Site or send emails to Aldo.co.th, you are communicating with Aldo.co.th electronically. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications sent to you electronically are lawful in written form. Claims of intellectual property infringement

Aldo.co.th respects the intellectual property rights of others and we ask that our users do the same. Please note that Aldo.co.th has adopted a policy of terminating in appropriate circumstances users who infringe copyrights. Aldo.co.th may disable and/or terminate your account and/or the membership of any user who may infringe the intellectual property rights of a third party, in limited circumstances and at Aldo.co.th's sole discretion.

Continuity of Terms after Termination

Unless deemed to conflict with any provision contained in these Terms and Conditions or any applicable general legal principles, any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall survive termination of any party's obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

force majeure

Aldo.co.th will not comply with these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, as a result of any event or series of events arising from:

  • Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, other weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Acts of war, terrorism, riots, insurrection, political unrest or uprisings.
  • Quarantine or export ban
  • Strike
  • Outbreak
  • Impossibility of using trains, ships, airplanes, automobile transport or other public or private means of transport.
  • The impossibility of using public or private telecommunications networks or
  • Other causes beyond the control of Aldo.co.th

In the event of such an event, Aldo.co.th may be temporarily unable to deliver your purchase, in which case you will have the option to postpone the delivery or cancel your purchase and receive a refund.

Waiver

No failure or delay by us or you in exercising any right under these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a waiver of such right or extend or affect any other event or subsequent event or impair any right or remedy with respect to such event or in any way modify or reduce our or your rights under these Terms and Conditions.

Assigned work

You may not assign these Terms and Conditions (or any rights, benefits or obligations), by operation of law or otherwise, without the prior written consent of Aldo.co.th, which may be withheld in Aldo.co.th's sole discretion. Any attempted assignment not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be null and void. Aldo.co.th may assign these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, to any third party at its sole discretion.

Separability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable, illegal, void or ineffective, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision or part of the provisions and all provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall continue in full force and effect for as long as these Terms and Conditions remain in full force and effect without any unenforceable provision.

Modification and modification

You acknowledge and agree that Aldo.co.th may modify, add or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions in accordance with its policies at any time and by any means by posting the modified Terms and Conditions on this page.
