Return Policy


Product launch video (required)

For all refunds, you must clearly record a video of the product launch from the first step to the last step without any editing or modification. We will not accept claims for damaged or missing products if there is no video of the product launch.

Criteria

  1. Products purchased at full price or products purchased at a discount of up to 30%. We do not accept returns on products purchased at a discount of more than 30% during the promotion period.
  2. The product must be unused and in its original condition, with all product labels intact and without any damage.
  3. The product must not have stains, torn seams, missing buttons, loose threads, or other conditions that make the product defective or damaged.
  4. The product must have the product box and packaging in the original condition. The product box and packaging must not be torn or dented, not stained with glue or other materials, and must have all items from the original packaging such as paper boxes, hangers, stickers, ribbons, ropes, plastic bags, plastic, and others intact.
  5. Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. Returned products must be received at the pre-designated location, no later than 7 days after the return date is approved by Aldo.co.th.
  6. When returning an item, please use the same packaging/box that we shipped to you, seal the package with strong wrapping paper, and add a "FRAGILE" sticker to prevent the original box from being damaged during transit. We do not accept returns if the product and packaging/box are damaged in any way.
  7. Refunds take 7 to 14 business days to process, which may vary depending on the type of refund. We will process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed immediately upon receipt of the returned item and we do not refund the shipping costs for returned items.

Product Exchange Policy

For all product exchanges, you must clearly record a video of the product launch from the first step to the last step without any editing or modification. We will not accept claims for damaged or missing products if there is no video of the product launch.

Criteria

  1. Product exchanges can be made if the product meets the following criteria:

1.1. The size of the product is incorrect.

  • The product received is not as ordered by the customer, for example, the customer ordered size 30 but received size 32.
  • The actual size of the product received is different from the size stated on the packaging/box.
  • The left and right products are different sizes (e.g. shoes, sandals)
  • The product received is the same product (both shoes/sandals are available only on the left or right side).

1.2. The color of the product is incorrect.

  • The color of the product is different from that stated in the product details, for example, the customer ordered blue shoes but received red shoes.

1.3. Damaged/Damaged

  • Product color: The product is pale or has a different color than specified.
  • Product material: The product's leather is peeling, the stitching or weaving is not tight, there are stains or deformities, the material is torn or has holes.
  • Product parts: loose buttons, broken zippers, missing parts, broken handles, cannot be inflated (for balls)

  1. Shoes (shoes/sandals)
    • There is at least 1 (one) size difference between the left and right side.
    • The leather of the product is peeling, the stitching is not tight, and there are missing pieces on the shoes.
    • The product has faded/different colors.
  1. clothes
    • Damage due to loose buttons, loose knitting, and the like.
    • Stain or dark spot
    • Fabric/material is torn
    • Cracked seam
    • Damage to zippers and similar items
    • The product has faded/different colors.
  1. bag
    • Stain or dark spot
    • The product has faded/different colors.
    • There are small holes or tears.
    • The seams are not tight or the embroidery is flawed.
    • Broken zipper
    • The product's leather is peeling off.
  1. decorations
    • Incomplete parts
    • Scratches on glasses
    • The leather is peeling off or the seams on the gloves are not tight.
    • The embroidery has stains, is not tight, or is faded.
  1. ball
    • Valve loss (for basketball, volleyball, etc.)
    • Damage to packaging
    • Unable to inflate
  1. Sports equipment (rackets or related sports equipment)
    • Scratches/Damages to the device
    • The handle is broken.
    • Abnormal shape (not in accordance with the normal condition as specified in the product details)
    • Damaged tendon (if unable to be replaced)
  2. Requests to exchange for another size, color, or design/model are not permitted. However, you may return your product for a full refund (provided that the exchanged product meets the criteria) and place a new order. Exchanges are only accepted for products of the same type (same SKU, same size, same color, etc.).
  3. Product exchange requests must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. Returned products must be received at the pre-designated location, no later than 7 days after the return date is approved by Aldo.co.th.
  4. Exceptions

  1. Requests for product exchange are not permitted due to color differences between the actual product received and the product photo caused by lighting or computer screens.
  2. Requests for product exchange due to incorrect payment or change of mind after purchase are not permitted. We strongly recommend that you review your cart before placing your order.
  3. Requests for exchange are not applicable to swimwear, sports bras, athletic wear, tights (including leggings, compression pants, cycling shorts), socks, exercise equipment, sporting equipment (including hats) and other products or products of other brands that have specific terms and conditions and are clearly stated in the description.

Defective products

  1. All product descriptions, information and content contained on the Aldo.co.th website are provided 'as is' and without warranty of any kind.
  2. If the product you received is defective, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number, name, address, product details, reason for return, and information regarding refund or exchange.
  3. Upon receipt of a defective product, we will investigate and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange request (if applicable).
  4. Aldo.co.th may refuse to process a product exchange at its discretion, however we may offer a refund as compensation.
  5. In the event that the returned product is not defective, we may, at our sole discretion, decide not to replace or refund the product.
