MAPCLUB is a loyalty program that provides a seamless online-to-offline customer experience where you can earn and redeem MAPCLUB points on every transaction at MAP's offline and online stores. By joining MAPCLUB, you will have access to personalized offers, new collections, and special launches.

How to earn and use MAPCLUB points

When making in-store transactions, please provide your mobile phone number to the cashier. If you are shopping online, you can log in to your MAPCLUB account during checkout. MAPCLUB points can also be used as a payment method.

Terms and Conditions

MAPCLUB Points Received

  1. You will only earn MAPCLUB points for successfully delivered orders.
  2. Points will be earned based on the full transaction value paid net of VAT.
  3. If a product is returned, MAPCLUB points earned will be reversed for each product returned.
  4. In the event that your MAPCLUB product and account develop a negative balance after refunding earned points, MAPCLUB reserves the right to contact you to settle points equivalent to the negative balance and/or suspend/cancel your membership.
  5. MAPCLUB Points will be credited within 30 (thirty) days after delivery of the product.

MAPCLUB points are depleted

  1. Points cannot be redeemed via COD (Cash on Delivery) payment channels.
  2. For any cancelled orders, MAPCLUB points will be automatically cancelled or deducted pro-rata if partial cancellation occurs.
  3. Once the return is approved, any points redeemed from the transaction will be cancelled within 7 (seven) days on a pro-rata basis.
