How can I return my order?
For online orders, you can mail back the item(s) to our facility via courier provider. All return shipping charges via courier are fully borne by customer.
To initiate your return, simply log in to My Account, go to Purchase History and click on the return link. Your order will then appear and you will be prompted to select the item(s) you wish to return. Please select the dropdown option which best describes the reason for your return. Click on Submit and an email notification will be sent to you. Do check your junk mail folders just in case it didn’t appear in your inbox.
Free Return In-store
1. Simply flash this email to our Fashion associate at any of the Aldo stores (except Shoes & Bag in department store) and hand over the item(s) to complete the return process.
2. Please note refunds will only be accepted if shoe soles remain in the original condition.
3. No sale item may be returned at any time. In the interest of hygiene, earring will not be refunded at any time.

How can I exchange my order?
If you are not fully satisfied with your items, please contact Customer Care for exchange. You will be entitled to exchange any items equivalent to the value of the original item. If the exchange item is higher value than the original, payments will be required for the balance amount due. If exchanged item value is lower than the original item, there will be no refunds of remaining value.
What should I do if I have received an incorrect item/defective item?

How will I receive my refund?
You will receive an email when the refund is processing. Do check your junk mail folders just in case it didn’t appear at your inbox. You will receive your refund within 14 working days from the processing date via the same method used to make the purchase. However, depending on your financial institution, it could take up to 30 working days for your refund to be processed.
Are shipping charges refundable?
All shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
