How do I join Aldo A-List?

You may simply sign up online or approach our Fashion Associates in-store for assistance.

How do I become Aldo A-List Black or A-List Gold?

A-List Black

Simply sign-up to join A-List and spend a minimum of THB5,000 or accumulate a minimum of THB7,000 within two months to qualify.

A-List Gold

Get upgraded from A-List Black when you spend a minimum of THB15,000 within 6 months.

How do I accumulate my purchases?

You have to join Aldo A-List first before your purchases can be accumulated.

How do I earn points?

For in-store, provide your mobile number as identification to the Fashion Associate before making payment on your purchase.

For online, simply log into your account. Your points will be automatically registered after payment. Please be informed that A-List Points will be credited to your account only on the 15th day from the date of purchase.

When can I enjoy the discounts as A-List Black or A-List Gold?

You can enjoy your discounts immediately on your next purchase.

Can I enjoy the discounts and redeem the vouchers in-store?

Yes.

I have joined Aldo A-List in Thailand or online www.aldo.co.th. Can I enjoy the same privileges at Aldo store in other countries?

No. The privileges are exclusively valid at Aldo Thailand only.

Do Aldo A-List membership expire?

A-List Black : No

A-List Gold : Yes, A-List Gold tier will be renewed if you accumulate to THB15,000THB within 12 months. Otherwise, your membership will be reverted to A-List Black. The A-List Gold tier 12-month period begins on the date of upgrade.

What is my user ID to log into My Account?

Your email address is the user ID for login.

I am your existing member but I am unable to log into my account?

Kindly email our Customer Care for assistance.

I have forgotten my login password. How do I retrieve it?

You can reset your password online here.

How do I change or update my personal details?

Please log in to My Account with your email address and password to update your personal details.

How can I receive the latest news on collections, promotions and member-only events?

You are subscribed to our A-List News upon sign up. You may update your A-List News subscription preferences in My Account.

Why do I still receive emails on A-List membership updates after I have unsubscribed?

You will not be receiving A-List News in relation to promotions, new collection, trend news and events when you opt to unsubscribe. However, we still need to keep you updated on your A-List Points, birthday perks and membership status. Hence, you will continue receiving emails on A-List updates only.

I am Aldo member but I have not activated my A-List account yet. Will I get to earn A-List Points when I make a purchase?

No points will be issued if no activation is done. Please click here to activate your A-List account.

How do I check my A-List Point balance?

To view your A-List Point balance, simply log in to My Account online. You may view your point balance and status in the 'Point History' section.
You may also approach any of the Fashion Associates in Aldo stores to find out your points balance.

Does A-List point I accumulate expire?

Yes. A-List point expires 1 year from the month acquired.

Will I earn A-List point when I purchase an Aldo e-Gift card?

No.

Can I earn A-List Point when I make a purchase using Aldo e-Gift card ?

Yes. You can earn A-List Points when you make a purchase using Aldo e-Gift card in-store or online www.aldo.co.th.

Can I earn A-List Point when I make a purchase online?

Yes. You can earn A-List Points when you make a purchase in-store or online www.aldo.co.th.

How do I redeem A-List Point online?

You may select and enter your A-List Points available for redemption during your checkout process. All A-List Point can be redeemed only upon purchase of merchandise.

How do I redeem A-List Point in-store?

You redeem the points during payment process. Our Fashion Associate will let you know your point balance at the point of time.

I have a change of mind. Can I cancel my A-List Point redemption?

No. A-List Point redemption can not be undone once a transaction has been made.

The A-List Point earned does not seem to tally with my purchase amount?

A-List Point calculation does not include VAT. If you have further query on the calculation, please contact our Customer Care.

What happens to my A-List Point when I return my purchase?

A-List Point will be deducted from your account when your purchase is returned.

Can I transfer my A-List Points to another A-List account?

No. A-List Points are non-transerable. Redemption can only be done by the account holder only.

It has been a while since my last transaction and my A-List Points have not been credited to my account. What should I do?

You may email Customer care for assistance. You may be requested to provide supporting receipt.

How do I utilize my Birthday Treats?

You will receive a birthday discount in the Birthday treat email on the first day of your birthday month. Otherwise, you could log into My Account My Rewards to check your birthday code and perks during your birthday month.

You could utilize the discount code online or in-store.

For in-store, you will be required to provide the discount code to our Fashion Associate during the payment process.

For online, your birthday treat will reflect automatically at the checkout page. You will have the option to redeem now or use it on your next purchase. Please note the birthday discount will expire by the last day of your birthday month.

How do I redeem free local standard delivery?

A-List member will receive free shipping when make a purchase on www.aldo.co.th for the 1st whole month.
